In high school, I worked in fast food—and ate a lot of it, too. Eventually, that way of eating caught up with me. I felt tired all the time, foggy, and just not well.

Things started to change when I learned about nutrition. As I made small changes to how I ate, my energy came back, my digestion improved, my weight settled, and I felt clear and focused again.

Now, even as I move through perimenopause, I feel stronger and more grounded than ever. I’ve built a solid foundation by giving my body what it needs and supporting my hormones in the process.

Nutrition changed my life. That’s why I’ve spent the last 25 years helping other women do the same.
