I've done "detoxes" before. This isn't anything I'd have ever thought of as a detox. You're not stuck on liquid. Food has flavor! I wasn't hungry for a moment. Not only did I lose 7 pounds in 3 weeks...I've kept it off! And I feel great! I sleep better, my digestive system is happier than it's ever been, and I'm in better moods.
I hesitated to join the program because we have a generally healthy diet and lifestyle established already. But there were nagging issues with weight, energy, digestion that I wanted to get more information about. Concentrating on the detox program for two weeks gave me the opportunity to learn more about my body and pay attention to how I treat it. It also provided an excellent re-set for me to realize the benefits of healthy eating and start shopping, cooking, and eating that way more consistently.

I lost 7 pounds, reduced my sugar cravings, reduced the number of hot flashes I was having to almost none, I experienced better sleep, more energy (especially in the afternoon), a sense of calm, a renewed energy behind eating whole foods and taking care of myself.
