Lynda, your suggestions for travelling were exactly spot-on. I am back from a 6-day road trip. After driving 3,000 miles, 4 days in the car, 2 days packing and helping my son move, and even though I was not exactly on Detox, I am down almost 6 pounds!! I packed apples, almond butter, veggies and hummus for snacks along the way. I made simple choices when we dined out. I arrived back home feeling so much better than I ever expected after such a trip.
