I know what it’s like to feel the impact of a lifestyle that doesn’t support your health. I’ve been there—tired, foggy, uncomfortable in my body, and unsure how to feel better.

Everything changed when I began to understand the power of nutrition. As I made small, sustainable changes, my energy returned, my mind cleared, and I started to feel like myself again.

Now, even as I move through perimenopause, I feel stronger and more grounded than ever. I’ve built a foundation that supports my body and my hormones—and it’s made all the difference.

That’s why I’ve spent the last 25 years helping other women do the same. As a Functional Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, I use science and a personalized, food-first approach to create real-life strategies that work.
