Each week we gather as a group to work on the emotional brain patterns driving your stress response, your food choices, and your daily habits. Using Emotional Brain Training (EBT)— a science-based process developed at the University of Southern California — you'll learn and practice tools for rewiring the stress circuits that keep you stuck. This is the root-cause work most programs skip entirely.

Weekly Nutrition Foundations Call

Each week we also meet to talk about what you're working on nutritionally — questions, challenges, what's going well, what isn't. You'll have direct access to Lynda's 25 years of expertise as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist in a small-group setting where your specific situation gets real attention. No generic advice. Real answers for what you're actually dealing with.

Between calls, the official EBT app gives you daily tools to continue the brain rewiring work on your own time. The app guides you through the same process we use in the group and helps you build the daily habit of working with your stress circuits — not just twice a week on calls. A Note From Lynda...

 

I'm Lynda Enright — a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and health and well-being coach with 25 years of experience helping women during the years of perimenopause, menopause, and beyond.

Over those years, I've worked with women who were doing everything "right" - following a thoughtful eating plan, moving their bodies, managing what they could - and still hitting the same invisible wall one they came into perimenopause. The approaches that had worked for them before had stopped working, and no one was giving them a real explanation for why. 

I've always believed in root cause medicine - figuring out why things are happening and addressing them at the source. For a long time that meant focusing on nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress.

But understanding what actually happens in the brain during menopause has added a layer I was missing. It's changed everything about how I work with women in this season of life.

I created this video to share that with you - because women in perimenopause and menopause deserve a real answer, not just "this is what happens at your age."
